BEFORE YOUR VISIT

  • All reservations will receive a reminder email/text 1-3 days prior to your visit, please confirm in a timely manner 
  • CLEAN DRY HAIR is the best canvas unless directed otherwise . 
  • Please divulge any medication and/or treatment you are currently undergoing that may create unpredictable color results.
  • All guest must have valid credit card on file to book reservation 
  • All NEW multi or combo services must leave $25 reservation deposit via VENMO

BOOKING POLICIES 

  • If you are going to be more than 10mins late please text/call to notify, excessive tardiness will result in reservation cancelation and booking privileges revoked.
  • 24 hour cancelation policy
  • Cancelation with less than 24hours will result in a charge equal to 33% of service total if unable to fill spot. 
  • Failure to show to your reservation with NO NOTICE will result in a charge equal to 50% of service total and all future reservation must be paid in full at time of booking.
  • All deposits must be sent via VENMO in order to keep funds on hold until day of reservation. If your desire is to cancel prior to the 24 hour period,deposit will be returned in full via Venmo.
  • If you are rescheduling an appointment, deposit will roll over to save new reservation date.
  • All Appointments canceling and rescheduling with less than 24 hour notice forfeit deposit and will not be refunded. Additional fees as mentioned above may be incurred if spot can not be filled.
